I am now working on making a realty site...Trying to use all the modules available to warp them to what I need. What types of features will yours have?

@ JayeDon08
What I try to do is based on realty3.0 module that I found on this site.
This module port Real Estate Listings Engine 2.1 w/Virtual Tour Version: 2.1 - according to readme.txt file.

Well, please use search to read about this version features.
------
Now. I have to ask something.
Is there a page named listing_browse.php for example. This page actually browse through listings according with parameters sent by a search box, through GET method.
Is there a method to send through GET only the selected value?
I mean, if I choose to have 5 search boxes (price, zone, city, ....) and the user want to browse by price, how do I get rid of city=&zone= (null values) from address bar?

Is a newbie questions maybe, but is the first time I face this issue.

Now, my progress status isn't so good. I see the light at the and of tunnel but now I see that is quite far that light.
I've added :
- texts edit possibility for 'contact us', "about us', 'Welcome message', ... pages content;
- tabbed navigation in administration part;
- 'contact us', "about us', 'Welcome message' pages in public zone.
To do list is quite long
Don't follow me. I'm lost too.

Well I have started my realty website...and what I did was just combined OPEN REALTY with XOOPS..to make one website....it is working thus far.... Basically using IMENU to link from my XOOPS site to the Open Realty site and vice versa...on the Open Realty site I just made the LINK HOME back to the XOOPS site...so I am basically using OPEN REALTY for the LISTING part of my website....

what JayeDon08 did was just framing the script into Xoops. The problem with this is that users have to create a separate account for each framed script such as open-realty. While if the script is integrated, one account is used, as users we don't want to repeat ourselves over and over. I am eager to test the release of this module.

Thanks, it works. Things are much further than last time I posted here.
Now, I have another question. If somebody can help me with some hints.
EDIT: Already solved. (about replacement of a database function defined in realty database class).
