I am not sure if that is possible or not. But I know you can use Multi menu to make your own block for all those different links. That would be a quick solution and just give group permission rights for the users you want to view that block...!

Seems as if the code is not closed in the begining. Also do you have a Calendar on your website for a module?

When I go to

mysite.com/admin.php

still saying you dont have rights to access this area.......
