How to install Pico 1.60?

I extracted the folder and confused as to what goes where? When you open the extrated folder there are two folders 1. html and 2. xoops_trust_path


I was just looking for a simple html module to make it a link page

As the included instructions says:
folder trusted path: files in trusted path
folder html/modules/pico: upload pico within the module directory.

Before you can use Pico you have to install trusted_path and altsys. Available from the same website where you downloaded pico

Where is their website? I downloaded it from XOOPS and there is no install file. Thanks.

PS. Is there a more simple module? I just want a module to add important links. Not a block.

1-fix this bug
http://xoops.peak.ne.jp/md/mydownloads/singlefile.php?cid=2&lid=110
2-remove all files under templates_c
3-set XOOPS_TRUST_PATH into mainfile.php
4-install altsis
http://xoops.peak.ne.jp/md/mydownloads/singlefile.php?lid=76&cid=1
5-install pico
