Classified Ads and Jobs Modules RC's Released today.

I have released 2 modules today, lets call it 2fer Tuesday, or Two for the price of none.

I have Released Jobs Version 3.0 RC 1.5 TODAY. Why 1.5, because I released rc1 last week on my site because some people wanted to see the code, but it was not really ready, so here is what that should have been.

There are quite a few changes, I will post a story for XOOPS later. My site has more info and there is a README file in the download.


I have also released Today Classified Ads version 1.0 RC2.
O.K. why version 1 and not 3, Well I decided that since I have not released a Final version of the Classifieds Module that I would start with version 1.0, I mentioned it on my site.

So there it is, please report any errors either here or at my site

I have decided to wait until I have Final Versions before I add these modules to the Modules Repository.
So when they are final I will submit them.

Thanks John for the update. I hope that the revision rename is made very clear in the readme. I personally understand why this was done. I just dont want any of newbies to get confused.

I would love to give you some feedback but it will half to wait till i get my move sorted.

Thanks for all the time you spend on these wonderful modules.

I have received one report on my site that wouldn't allow you to do a fresh install of the jobs module, it is fixed in the download.

Haven't downloaded it yet, but am looking at your site the demo: Classified Ads
I see something strange.....

Main page: Category: General it sais (1)
Opening this category I see breathcumb: main >> general (1)
Below I see 1 advertisement.
I open this advertisement. I now see within the breathcumb:
Main >> General (2)

I believe the figure isn't correct. Why is there the statement (2) if it contains only 1 advertisement within that category?
Is this a bug?

That would be a bug. It is showing you all the ads in that category, but there is 1 inactive ad it should not show, I will look into this tonight.

I am having the same issue as script_fu with the admin pages. However I am running XOOPS Cube instead. But the same error, looks like a lib is missing or something...
