Removing Make PDF icon from newbb2.02

I want to remove make pdf icon from module newbb2.02 as its overloading my server. Can some one plz. let me know that I should modify which file???

You could customize the templates of the module and remove when they call icon image file.

removing the icon doesn't help much.
at the very beginning of pdfmaker.php, add:

exit();

Thanks for posting...instead of exiting makepdf.php i can simply remove it. The problem is in which file the icon of "PDF" resides, so that I can remove it. In this way users will not see the icon and they will not execute this makepdf script. I only need to know is that in which file does this icon resides.
