Admin >>> modules, uncheck newbb, submit, next step submit, then it come's up with the uninstall icon (red colour i think) hit that. Then you will see that it is at the bottom of modules page, when you see that delete from your server not before ;o)

You need to get the xoopspoll module, not exactly sure where from sorry, try a search.

Xoops Poll Module: Not available
ImageMagicK: Not available
NetPBM: Not available
GD1 library: Not available

You can find out from your host about these, basically I had the same problem so I left the fields blank in the CBB preferences, it found it itself. YMMV

Re: installation problem (viewing) message boards. Scroll right?

ok all looks well now
as far as i can tell
however........ i have noticed the content of the BLOCKS do n ot fill the block @ 100%

how can i achieve this?

for example. Look on my mainpagehttp://www.grooveclip.com/groove/index.php

notice the following blocks information

Main Menu (left)
the block has a light grey background but the content background has a darker one and you can see it as LEFT justified

Recent Comments Block (center)
it says " Congratulations! The forum is working."
but its all to the left and the background of the lettering ends at the end of the sentenace.

Simply put, i would like the content section of the block to take 100% of the width no matter what style block it is

however the text can only take up as much space as it needs to (auto fill)

Ya really gotta start reading and searching now my friend ;o)

I will give ya some hints and let ya resarch.

style.css or the .css (usually named style) and maybe to a much lesser extent theme.html, more for where things are on the page kinda lol.

You could give this new beaut tool a go, it would help you learn how the themes work to maybe.

Theme Builder

Or check the themes library and find something that more suits what you want, which may just involve changing the logo graphic, to what you want.

Good luck ;o)
