Theme.html error

Hi,
my site is Cali-Z.com and I've using the XOOPS "Halo" theme from MrTheme.com and have been editing the majority of it to another theme from another cms.
So far everything has been working as I have liked it to be but as you can see, if you click on any of the modules aside from "home" the top sides and bottom have been blanked out. I've been looking through my theme.html file and cannot find where the error exsist.
Thank you for any help.

the theme.html file has some relative paths to some images.. like
1. themes/MegaFPS/images/topleft.jpg
2. themes/MegaFPS/images/top.jpg
3. themes/MegaFPS/images/topright.jpg
4. themes/MegaFPS/images/left.jpg
5. themes/MegaFPS/images/right.jpg
6. themes/MegaFPS/images/bottomleft.jpg
7. themes/MegaFPS/images/bottom.jpg
8. themes/MegaFPS/images/bottomright.jpg

try using . example: <{$xoops_url}>/themes/MegaFPS/images/topleft.jpg

Just a side note:
<{$xoops_imageurl}>images/topleft.jpg
<{$xoops_imageurl}>images/top.jpg

Would be better to use just incase you ever want to change the theme name, or something of that nature, so you wont have to go back and modify everything again.

xoImgUrl is a more updated variable than $xoops_imageurl

Ex: <{xoImgUrl /img/logo.png}>
www.polymorphee.com
www.xoopsdesign.com
