Based on what the browser says ....

https://xoops.org/modules/newbb/

I'd guess NewBB (aka CBB)
Pax vobiscum,

Although the more recent version is much more powerful (CBB 3.08) - see dev.xoops.org

There's also of course Hervet's straight-forward one Newbexx - available from http://www.instant-zero.com

How do they get it to look like this (settings)? I have it and can't even get close. NewBB 2.0.

@mjz55 - please don;t post the same question in two places...it is way to complex for us to keep track of. Please continue here

Jensclas is right, but I'm going to post here anyway

All I want to say is that, IMHO, if you're starting from scratch then go down the CBB 3.08 route. It's available from the Dev Forge.

Having said that, if you want to go down the Newbb 2.0.2 route route then the answer to your query is in the other thread - code there for you to look at.

Good luck

CBB uses the same directory name, so not such a good give-away

It does look like newbb rather than CBB and, at a guess, I'd say it is newbb 2.0.2

I also believe this is Newbb 2.0.* But it has been customised a little. For example, Ackbarr's link directly to a post hack. AFAIK you don't get this as standard with NewBB, but you do with CBB.
A thread is for life. Not just for Christmas.
