Successfull install but blank homepage

I successfully installed 2.0.16 onto http://tomwu.com .

When I click on the homepage link, I get a blank page for http://tomwu.com/index.php

Does anybody know what the problem and fix is?

The hoster is WebHost4Life.com and the server has:
Windows IIS
PHP > 4.3
mysql 5.0.22

Yes, I fixed it myself. Instead of giving Write permissions to mainfile.php, cache, uploads and templates_c, I gave them "full permissions". This seemed to have fixed the problem.

I have tested with my customer website too.
I didn't give Full Permission (Full Control to them). But I allow write permission + delete files and subfolder permission to folder "caches, template_c, upload". And it is working right now.
