..Found this topic earliar..but no solution...

there seems to be some big problem in the user registraton process...i cant even delete the user from admin...it says user doesnt exist ???

i dont have zone alarm or norton..and its still happening..i dont have any firewall..

wots the solution of this problem ?

btw the website runs smoothly on XAMPP ...last 6-7 problems i had..always on server..never on xampp ..i hate my server..

..when i install and use XOOPS 2.0.15 on the server the user registration is working fine.

so i guess the problem is because i am transferring the site from xampp to the server

on xampp its something like php 5 and MySQL 5.something

and on the server its php 4.4 and MySQL 4.something

in xampp's phpmyadmin when i export the database i have to choose the mysql4.0 compatibility option otherwise the sql statements dont work..

please troubleshoot..and let me know if i am missing something
