CBB 2.32 troubles

Okay, after I installed CBB 2.32, I cant do anything with it! When I open it, all I get is a white screen, and when I try to edit any preferences in the Admin panel all I get is the left sidebar with the icons to the homepage of the Control panel in a small enclosed box, the ads on top, and that's it! I've tried re-downloading and re-installing XOOPS twice already. What's the deal?
