Dumb question....

Where do I find the page/section (so I can edit) that displays "you do not have permission to access this section/page etc)?

Is it somewhere in the admin settings or is it a page file or templet that needs edited.

I just want to change what it says about not having access right before it redirects to the login/registration page.

1 of the language files in language/english etc..

can't remember which file, just go through them and search for that text.
