Hi, I have created a welcome content for my site b ut it only shows it if you are logged in any help on how to appear logged in or not would be great. Thanks

If you used a custom block to display the welcome content, you may need to set the block's view permissions to allow anonymous.

I have tried this and it is taking me back to registered users in the block pages when I try and save the conmtent on the anonymous any suggestions?

Go to Administration Menu | System Admin | Groups and click modify, on each group you have to make sure the block is check.

Next go to System Admin | Blocks and in the middle drop down box check to see that each group has the block checked.

That should do it. Hope it helps.

New users should always checkout the following:
1. Documentation - linked on the left. Specifically the administration manual
2. The FAQ section - linked on the left - specifically the sections on gloassry, beginners first steps, modules, blocks and themes. There are links to visual tutorials here.
3. The search function on the top right.
