I moved site to a new host edited mainfile now what

so I edited the main file and I still get the white page. I read through the FAQ and did all of that. what else has to be edited

There are a couple of things to try:
* I assume you "moved" your database too - and it has the same name, user/password combo?
* You might need to clear your /cache, and /templates_c directories (except for index.html). You may also try to update the System module.
* Go into the XOOPS database table and turn on PHP debug to see if it gives you any hints.

How long has it been, maybe your isp has not propogated.

You may also try to update the System module?

what is that

database new name and new password but I updated MAINFILE.php with all info


and it has been a week DNS is all set

I tried all ways of turning on debiging even .htacces file still no errors just

the only thing thatI can assume is that you did not set your mainfile up properly.

well after hours of playing it turns out that I did not set permisions on the templeates_c folder. once I did that all was well
