I agree that xoopsmod is wonderful to show demos of many modules.

But if we are talking of a basic "suggested" module pack for XOOPS distros then we need a separate site with only those modules.

If Bluenova wants to undertake this since there already exists the full sites then great, otherwise I can host it also.

herve, do you remember where he posted the suggested lists of modules for each pack? I thought it was somewhere at dev.xoops.org. I was looking for it recently, but couldn't find it.

There is some packs at the Download XOOPS link (personal pack, intranet pack, company pack...)

I've got some work advanced on the document I am participating of, could be that this week I could publish some more of it, also am planning out the structure of a demo site with the "module packs", all to the latest versions, installed for people to see them functioning in a live environment, and as sort of a preliminary phase looking forward to the making of manuals of the newcoming XOOPS core and module oriented manuals/documentation.

I'll keep active on this as time permits me.
