How to "point" to a certain page from a subdirectory

Just for the benefit of my users:

If I create a subdirectory for my user to access a specific page, say from http://www.mysite.com/cdt to link to http://www.mysite.com/modules/wfchannel/index.php?pagenum=16&link=dance

I should create an index.html under http://www.mysite.com/cdt, right? How inside the index.html file to call the link?

You could try the multimenu module - a search will find it for you
