I think I was banned by Protector at one point on my site. After about an hour or so, I was able to access. I think it was due to too many page loads. Anyway, is it possible for you to access your mainfile.php and comment out the lines that enable protector? I've done that once also but that was a long time ago. If that doesn't work, I'm sure someone here will help further.
