Anyone know why when using "Latest RDF/RSS/ATOM feeds" block, they dont automatically update? Does anyone know much about this module from Happy Linux? There isnt much documentation on it. I dont even know what the p0 and p1, p2 ect part was for. I am using his modified headline module along with this which is updating and so is the RSS Center module itself, just not the "block".

No, that block doesn't really update automatically. The only ways it gets updated are if:

1. someone actually goes into the module and clicks on the Simple Headline link (or the Simple Headlinke link that appears in the sub menu.

2. I think that if your server allows cron jobs, you can set it up for the module. My server doesn't allow them, so I'm not sure how to set one up.

3. You have to go into admin and update manually.

Also make sure no cache is set on the block.

I have a feeling that the function may be added into future versions. His web links module already allows auto updates for the RSS feeds associated with submitted links.

This module doesn't display properly.

When displaying a feed or single item, the html code of each post is stripped *no matter whether you specify it to do it or not.* This is because this module summarises the content of an item and never actually displays the actual content. That summary always has its html stripped.

When you specify it to display in different ways, the XOOPS theme is removed and it doesn't actually display as clicked:

* Summary
* Content allowed HTML tags
* Summary with UTF-8
* Content allowed HTML tags with UTF-8

This module hasn't been tested, unless my XOOPS 2.0.13.2 is not meant for this module.
