I need a "dumbed down" version of smartmedia. While I applaud smartfactory for such a nice module, it has way more than what I need and lacking some of what I want. Maybe something like what I want exists and I dont know about it. I've tried all the other modules in the repository and none do what I want. The smartmedia module comes the closest so far.

What I want is like a "myalbum-p" for VIDEO's. Something very simple where users can share a video and view it on the site, as well as rate it and comment it etc (like a youtube or google video section)

Can anyone give me some advice or direction on this?

I am only making a suggestion here - can you use smartmedia but hide some of the blocks that you don;t want to use? Like 'dumb it down' by not using some of the features???

Not really because I am missing alot of the other feature I want like ratings and comments and possibly screenshot (thumbnail). Plus, there is no upload ability for the users to add and contribute.
