Configuration:
Fedora Core 5
Apache: 2.2
PHP: 5.1.4
MySQL: 5.0.22
XOOPS 2.0.14

I have installed the CBB 3.0.5 module and configured the forums. I have selected another member to be the moderator for 2 forums, but it won't display their username. It just doesn't list anything there. If I choose my username to be the moderator, then it will show up.

Also, I have selected 2 moderator for some of the forums, but it will only display 1 username (mine).

You can see what I'm talking about by looking
HERE in the JRB Software category.

Any ideas?

Hard to tell but it could be a permissions problem. I'll check some more and let you know if I find something.

I checked and rechecked the permissions. Also, I tried adding the user to the webmaster group, but still no luck.

Try the xoopsforge forums and do a search for moderator. Found a couple of topics that might help.

I have been having this same problem any moderator i add gets all the mod permissions but there name dosent show up in the forum page.

this problem appeared to fix itself for me the only thing i did was clear the templates_c file except for index.htm for another problem which may have fixed it you colud tyr this if you are still having the problem

May not apply in your case, but I my experience, the pop up window method of allocating moderators in recent versions of CBB didn't (doesn't?) work in Firefox, but does in IE. Some info in this thread

The problem is w/ both IE and Firefox.

I had the same problem, so I went through and readded the moderators. That seemed to have taken care of the problem.

I originally moved from CBB 1.13 to 3.04 but I confess I had a few problems with it, so I eventually rolled back to CBB 3.02. This all seems to work - except forum moderator can only be set using IE as explained above.

I think CBB is great, but I don't really understand why a pop-up window has been adopted for this function. It worked fine before.
