Can any one help me, after i installed the Xoops, it comes to XOOPS Banner but with no any menu. My web address is www.bizpoints.com. Anything wrong with the installation and i think i install to the wrong directory, anyone can check for me . Thanks.

Hi Saleng,

I had a similar problem. In my case it helped changing the collation of the MySQL database to a Latin character set, drop tables and reinstall Xoops.

In my search I found that there are other possible causes. Please see my findings here:
