I am irritated by my site's member whereby they dug out forum topics and they replied to them ignoring the created date.

Example: 2003, forum topic "looking for graphic designer's vacancy".

then in 2006, some member dug it out and respond to it.
"i have a open vacancy in my company, call me at this number xxxxxxxx".


How do i prevent this from happening? any tips or tricks?
i am using XOOPS cbb.

Re: Forum expiring

You should be able to 'lock posts' which prevents people from responding to them anymore. You could also archive them first. HTH
