Change user's password

When i enter as a user to the 'Edit account' menu and i try to change my password it says i don't have permission to do that.
How can i give that permission to the users? thanks a lot

is there supposed to be a password checkbox along with all the other fields because I do not have one

neither do I... Maybe you could explain more into details.. I have upgraded to 2.2.4, but there seemed no pasword change button... Thanks

Since you are using 2.2.4 I am not certain but it seems like I recall this being set in the Extended Profiles preferences of the Extended Profile module-admin/system/modules. Can't remember for certain though.

i'm still having problems.
As a user i can't modify my password or my email.
In the admin panel i've checked the option that users can change their mail but is not working.
When i try to change the password or the mail it says 'Sorry, you dont have the permission to edit the user information'.
Maybe the problems is on the edituser.php file...any ideas?
