I have a client who would like members to be able to submit their resumes online - which will then enable other users to sort through them using the search feature.

I haven't come across anything like this in Xoops. Is there a module I may have overlooked or can you suggest a way to get around this?

Well, today I was going through the modules available at Hervé Thouzard's site, and I read about a module called Userpage, I haven't tried it but it sounds like something that could be what you're looking for. Click here to see the Userpage module download

I know the new updated jobs module lets users upload there resumes. Check it out.
