Hi,

I want to edit the "Member since"-part on the userpage. In Xoops, it isn't possible, and in SQL it's weird encoded. The date 11/12/2005 (december 12th) is in SQL 1131750926. Can you please tell is this is logic and if I can edit this?

Thanks,
Iwan.

That's a good question. Does anyone know the answer? I have a feeling it would be helpful to quite a few of us when we're making changes in tables. I know I've been trying to figure it out for a while now.

I was doing something the other day and found some info about the register date. I am not sure if it will help you though as it is greek to me. But it may be of use to you, or at least point you to the right location. If you haven't already seen it.

/kernal/user.php

There are a couple of places in this file to which there is reference to the register date.

Hope it helps you out gestroud and rmaofm.

i think it is unix time. time since epoch. google a 'Epoch Converter'

Wikipedia: Unix_time
.Seconds since epoch. 'The Unix epoch is the time 00:00:00 UTC on January 1, 1970.'

edit. the XOOPS function 'formatTimestamp' is used to convert the unix time to a formatted time stamp that we can read.

Thanks man! I've used http://www.perlservices.net/en/programs/epoch_converter/epoch_converter.cgi?2 for the converting!

Thanks!
