whenever i add a block and choose "all pages" it seems to disappear ..... i added another XOOPS to my site and tested it on the fresh install and it doesnt disappear there....... what happened? :(

When you add the block to 'all pages' does this macth your permissions settings?

you know what??? when i make the permissions for registered users and webmasters only, thats when the blocks seems to disappear from the admin area. i guess i have to ask now, why does that happen??? im logged in as the webmaster so if i make the permissions so anonymous users cant view it how come i cant view it either? its weird
