I'm interested with this as well.
But no luck.
I saw some one tried before...but not sure his work is matured.
But i think this is a huge work, is going to be very complex and a lot of work, unless somebody can plug it from somewhere to here.

Well, you could run PHPAUCTION version 2.1, and port it in with an iframe.

That's what I did here: http://delnortesales.com/modules/auctions/

Any auction script can be added using an iframe. I like it that way because it runs on a seperate mySQL database and requires a seperate registration. For other modules that may be a pain, but for auctions it just adds security.

On that auction I just added an iframe to a new module folder. You can find instructions on how to create a module to display html here: https://xoops.org/modules/smartfaq/faq.php?faqid=280

You can download the auction software here:

Thanks!

One last thing. I tested the sourceforge 3.10 version of phpAuction, and it works up to the point where you add an auction, and then it is totally bugged out. So here is the link to the STABLE version again: http://www.phpauction.us/downloads/phpauction-gpl-2.5.zip

Ok. I found 1 here:
http://www.hobbyforge.com

you need to register and login in order to see the module in live. You can download the module in the frontpage.

However, I'm very doubt that i'll be using it as it was poorly supported. (No offend to the author, indeed I'm appreciate that he did it).

Anybody tried, please write a review here....

p/s: the site is in chinese, if you need a translator, here I am.

If you need to download the module, click here:

WARNING: Bugs everywhere...and you may need to install it manually.

No info available on XOOPS version.
