what is weird about your situation, is that as far as I can tell the rest of your domain is there. Your Index is the only "blank page"

see for yourself http://www.bigculture.com/user.php

which means that you can get into admin, because you can login.

Also please try to describe what you were doing before the page went "blank"

Re: Blank Index.php page

I just looked at the site and came up with a few more pages that seem to be odd, for example general news comes up without any of your theme. No top or side blocks. I am wondering - have you run all your debugs? PHP, My SQL and Smarty template? There are tutroials on all of these Here

Try running these and see what comes up. PHP Notices are nothing to worry about but warnings can be looked at. Post them here if you need help working them out.

You could also try switching back to the default theme and see if it all works - if it does then the theme may well be the problem. HTH

Re: Blank Index.php page

I know there is a possible solution to you not getting in...I am looking but I think we need more info. Go to the read b4u post thread below and let us know what your versions are.

Please

Oh and if you can;t access admin is it because your user name and password are not logging you in or because you get a blank page there??? Please describe what happens when you try to access admin.

if you got to http://www.yoursite.com/user.php and login first

then go to http://www.yoursite.com/admin.php

type them in the address bar, dont rely on navigation buttons.

or you could just log into your ftp and delete the current theme off of your server, it will switch back to default on its own.
