Log into your site via FTP and check the permissions on the cache directory. For most hosting accounts, the permissions will need to be chmod 777 or Read/Write/Execute for Owner, Group, and World.After you verify the permissions, check to see if there is a file called adminmenu.php inside of the cache/ folder. If there is, delete it. It will be recreated the next time you log into the Admin panel of your site.Hope that helps.James
