I need help on the blocks

I've created some custom blocks. They shows up when I am logged in but disappears when I'm in anonymous mode. Is there a way that I could make those blocks appear for all visitors including anonymous users?

Once you log into the control panel and create your blocks, you still need to go to the ( system admin ) - ( groups menu ) and modify the Anonymous Users.

You should see Block Access Rights listed on the page with a bunch of check boxes to the right of it. Look for the blocks with the titles of your custom block and check those boxes, clcik the Update Group button on the bottom of the page.

Hopefully That should work.
