Can someone help me with the XOOPS install from svn? Because i can't manage to install it .. i always het an error that boot is missing...

that's what ya get for alpha versions that are still in development.

have u read the info on the dev site? there maybe info regarding it.. but be aware there is no support for it.. devs don't want to get bogged down giving support for something that isn't even in beta stage..

there's a really nice document in the docs/ folder called readme.html. I wonder what it's for...

Installing an SVN snapshot of an alpha release is possibly the most unsupported release anyone is ever going to get. Lets break it down:

SVN snapshot: it's a code working area with many branches in progress and active development, not even released (and thus deemed not ready for release by the developers).
It's alpha code: meaning it's still got very important architectural work in progress. Many things are unfinished and will likely change. It's for developers only.
So, it's unreleased, unfinished code Well documented, and it comes with instructions.
