which news/article module? Please offer advice?

i am building a site similar to this one www.midwestride.com and want my "sections" of news set up exactly like that.....(thumbnails, short intro, read more link for page break)

please offer insight? im a newb.

I've tried them all. News is the best. Second best is Smartsections by the Smart Factory. Next comes Article by phppp. Everything else has too many problems. Just my opinion.

maybe im missing something, how can i set up the news blocks similar to the site i referenced? (thumbnails, "readmore" link, etc)

You go into block administration and set up the blocks. It's exactly the same format as the site you used as an example. Here it is on one of my sites. You can set it up any way you like - horizontal, vertical, diagonal.......... well maybe not diagonal. But it renders the same visual effect.

im sorry for the dumb question, but i dont see how i can set up the news module in that way through my blocks administration area......more specific?
