Nope (I think), go to the task bar and open phpmyadmin, from there you will see on the main page that it says Create new database, stick a name in the box and click create. You then have the name of the database (click on it on teh left hand dropdown menu), username and pass can be set, I think it's on the last tab (operations) not sure off the top of my head.
phpmyadmin is your friend. If you want to manage websites, I really suggest learing as much about it as possible, just play around with it, if you don't know what something does google it. It won't be long before you can use the tool without thinking, just like riding a bike
