Originally posted in comments, but more problems have arisen.

Updates are going ok on the sites so far, but encountered this problem when I tried to update the system module on one site:

Error [Xoops]: Smarty error: [in db:system_imagemanager.html line 69]: syntax error: unidentified token '}>' (Smarty_Compiler.class.php, line 1371) in file class/smarty/Smarty.class.php line 1084

Beyond the error messages, the page is blank.

BUT

XOOPS info module registers the site as 2.2.4 now.

Website URL:
http://newz-board.com

XOOPS Version:
XOOPS 2.2.4

PHP Version:
4.4.2

MySQL Version:
4.0.25-standard-log

Server Software:
Apache/1.3.33 (Unix)

The other modules updated ok on that particular site. Gotta go through the site to see what works and what might not work now. Beyond that, it seems to be a good patch.

UPDATE

No modules display in the admin section. It's not a blank page, just a page devoid of any content other than the admin menu, my logo and a banner.

Hi,

I've got troubles, too.

Before copying the patch, I logged in and enabled the debug mode. I logged out, copied the patch, tried to login again and got

Fatal error: Cannot use object of type XoopsProfileField as array in C:\...\kernel\profilefield.php on line 355

The loading page is user.php. Nothing else happens, nothing helps... only a rollback.

greets
Ingo

Screw it, I rolled it back to 2.2.3. Thanks for the help, people. I'll be sure to return the favor.

Hi,

I am sorry. I think I missed the news about the patch and forgot to delete the cache:

gestroud: I saw you've posted your problem there already. Unfortunately, I don't have a clue on your problem.
