Text colour in NEWS page

Currently on my news page of my site:

http://www.ichipromotions.com/modules/news/

The main title of each News item is in white, were abouts within XOOPS can I change this to red...and also the white bar around the person who has created the news item, can I change that to another colour aswell.. if so where??

You'll have to edit the CSS that came with your theme, it'll be inside your theme's folder.

i think is .itemtitle in the ichipromotions/style.css file
