..Hello,

..I have a license question about Xoops...on the all about XOOPS page..it says XOOPS is under GPL...under which I think i can use XOOPS for commercial purposes..

and at the bottom of the page the creative commons license link says..cant use for commercial purposes ...

am i missing something ?

..ohhh..is XOOPS available under gpl..but this website (xoops.org) under the cc license listed in ur footer ?

XOOPS the program is under the GPL, Xoops.org content is covered by Creative Commons.

That is correct. So XOOPS you can use under the GPL license and the material on xoops.org under the CC license.
