How to delete the PM of all members?

I want to know if I am the site administrator, how can i delete all PM inside the account of each members? Of course I do not hope I will change their password to do it.

Isn't there an option under admin to 'prune' PM's ?
NO to the Microsoft Office format as an ISO standard.

For XOOPS 2.2.X only

In XOOPS 2.0.13.X it would be easiest just to clear the table in the database

However, bluenova, am i need to go in the server to edit the database? inside the admin menu of XOOPS haven't this area to do this?

Yes you would need to do it from the server. You should have access to a web program like phpmyadmin and from there you can empty the _priv_msgs table
