I downloaded the XOOPS CommunityPack, but can't figure out how I'm supposed to install it. Could you please inform me on how to do so?

I know how to install modules, just this specific one is giving me problems. When I upload it it says Module File Not Found and the only thing in the download is a folder called docs and modules, then under modules the only thing there is content.

Download it again and check whether there is more in the folder. If not: choose a different packer to extract the file.

Assuming you are using windows i can tell you that tugzip will extract if fine. (my used version of powerarchiver does not).
Sorry, this signature is experiencing technical difficulties. We will return you to the sheduled signature as soon as possible ...

I ran into the same problem a while ago -- got a response, but no solution. I was using Filezip to open the files. I had to switch to Winzip to open it properly. The best bet is to try different prgrams to open it. Still haven't figured out what caused the problem.

Got it fixed, thanks, but now I have no Main Menu options and with PHP Debugger on I'm getting this message below:

Warning [Xoops]: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "db:system_block_mainmenu.html" in file class/smarty/Smarty.class.php line 1084
