I like the block title graphics. They make the theme look good. I think you should continue this idea with your center navbar. You do good theme work.

You should continue to push I-N Webdesign. Do you have a standard fee for your work?

I just found your tutorial section on PSP. Which I feebly use along with GIMP. Cool I look forward to seeing what you put up. Do you have any tuts on making things look glassy? I like the look of clantemplates.com start page theme. They have a lot going on with gradiant and texture.
