I have an HTML & CSS template that was custom-designed, and, as a result, I will not post here for all to copy. I am looking for an experienced XOOPS coder to convert the theme into and XOOPS one for use on my Xoops-based website.

The theme has a navigation menu on the left built in, and so the normal XOOPS menu on the left would not be needed. However, the "Latest Updates" etc. on the right would be needed in XOOPS code.

I am willing to pay £30 (GBP) for a job done within a week. I really would prefer if someone had had previous experience in converting HTML themes to XOOPS ones.
