Getting several errors in Newbb. Some are the following:
Warning [PHP]: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in file modules/newbb/index.php line 90
Warning [PHP]: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in file modules/newbb/index.php line 124
Notice [PHP]: Undefined variable: category_array in file modules/newbb/index.php line 158
Warning [PHP]: array_multisort(): Argument #1 is expected to be an array or a sort flag in file modules/newbb/index.php line 158
Notice [PHP]: Undefined variable: category_array in file modules/newbb/index.php line 160
Notice [PHP]: Undefined variable: display in file modules/newbb/index.php line 161

Does anyone recognize where I went wrong?

More informative details plz:

Xoops verion
NewBB version
Server/php/mysql info

Generally those are must-given stuff for asking for help

Okay, I added some categories and Forums and those errors don't appear to be there any more, but I get this one when I add a forum or try to edit a forum:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: xoopsformselect() in /homepages/15/d106200228/htdocs/magicbook/forum/modules/newbb/class/formselectuser.php on line 34

Well I get the following error:

when trying to edit a forum. (Modules > Forums > (register) Forums > Select any Edit Button).

Xoops: latest (2.2.3)
Newbb: 2.01
LAMP: 2.0.54/4.0.X(MySQL)/4.3.10

Additionally (Modules > Forums > (register) Blocks) shows only blank page. Enabling PHP Debug shows:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: getbymodule() in /path/to/xoops_223/modules/newbb/admin/myblocksadmin.php on line 55
-----

Any idea? I will try the upgrade to 2.30 but I remembered that this messed the system. I will post again after the upgrade...

Newbb2 was written before XOOPS 2.2.x was thought of :)

Please ensure you backup fully first (database & site) and try with CBB 2.3 which was written for XOOPS 2.2.x

(Myblocks admin is one of the main things that will cause an error on the older versio, as I believe this was based on work by GiJoe - which does not work with XOOPS 2.2.x)

OK. Well, the problem solved itself after upgrading to 2.30. However the theme is entirely messed up now, which was the "error" I was referring with Quote:
I will try the upgrade to 2.30 but I remembered that this messed the system
Will have to check it against the default template.

Will travel along my road again...

You need to remember to completely regenerate the templates for the module, and to clear the old ones from template_c - otherwise they will probably mess up...
