Hi all,

I'm complettly new to xoops, I would like to use it to build a corporate website (really?) with news (more category), newletter, map of the site, more contributors, multi level, ...

I look around and the last options are XOOPS and mambo (but mambo as only 3 levels) so I decide to use xoops.

I install it on a linux machine (the last 2.2 version) I try to use it with some module like asm, news, ... but I have a lot of error (or notice) with php.

My forst questio is: wich version I have to choose for a productional enviroment?
Second wich is the best news manager where I can have multi level, newsbox, more news menu on my home page, ...

Thanks a lot for any help and I'm sure this is the first post of a long list.

Bye bye

I would honestly stick with version 2.0.13.1 till the 3rd party modules are updated to be compatable to the 2.2 version of XOOPS.

A good news module by far would be AMS.
