I am trying to get the layout together. can someone tell my how to add center content for example display my photo gallery in the center can I use the php includes command and if so will ia have to move the gallery into the xame directory as the Xoop? Any help will be greatley appreciated. My site is Skatephotos.com

What version of Xoops? You need to experiment with adding custom blocks. In version 2.2 you will find it under:

administration menu
blocks
list all blocks
custom block >click add

Just fool around with it and experiment. Let me know how it goes.

Welcome to XOOPS

in the center of your page you will find the module´s contents so you have to install the module(s) you like to use. f.i. a picture gallerie (in your case).

Go to the Module Repository (you will find it in the left site of this page)and look for what you like, download an install the module(s).

What photo gallery are you using? It might be possible to import your photos to a XOOPS photo gallery. Otherwise take a look at this faq
