Sorry for the stupid question, but i can figure out how to change some block to be visible to all users, instead beeing visible to registered users?

Please, help me

No such thing as a stupid question!

In the admin area under the system prefs ---> groups....
choose anonymous user group and set all blocks and module access for anonyomous users there...
