Is there a very simple gallery with brief description only?

hi guys,

I need to display batches of pics with a brief description only. This pics would also need to enlarge when you click on them. Is anyone running a checker board gallery layout? No icons, voting, ecards etc?

Thanks Hyperpod. I am checking if the host provides imagemagic and netpbm. So far it doesn't look good.
