I installed this module in XOOPS 2.2, and it appeared to install okay. When, however, you click on the module, it opens in a full window and not in a frame w/i XOOPS as does WP ME. Is this the intended behavior, and, if so, is it possible to change it?

Hi -- I am struggling with this too. There is a toggle between two ways to display the blog, the "wordpress" way which is the full window and the "xoops" way which is "inside" xoops. The toggle is in the footer on the lower right hand side of the blog when it's inside XOOPS and in the "meta" links when it's in the wordpress mode. It is signified by a tiny symbol of diagonal arrows. However, the toggle didn't show when I used my own wordpress theme -- you might be having the same problem. If so, switch to one of the installed themes and you should see it. What I want to do is make it so it stays only inside XOOPS but I can't figure it out. Also I have the comments block on the side, but when you click on the comments it goes to the full-window blog.

Same here. I even did the step 4:

Edit wordpress/include/xoops-wp.php:
define("WP_BLOG_CHARSET", 0);
You could choose XOOPS default charset or WordPress charset (0 for XOOPS; 1 for WordPress. Check XPress for more infomation).

I still get the full window.

I cannot obtain that worpress has the style of my theme!!
Where fixed this?
I need that always has the design of my XOOPS and not to have to make switch to catch it!!
xoops-wp.php I have this:
define("WP_BLOG_CHARSET", 0);

www.cyberespia.com/modules/wordpress
I want that load in my theme:
www.cyberespia.com/index.php
