Searching through the forum for the past 2 hours has yield no answers so I think I better post this:

I've installed shoutbox 3.1 and set permission for both admin & registered user.

I've enable the block to show on homepage.

The block show with title "Shoutbox" but has no content, nor any indication of how to post a shout (no text entry box, buttons, or smilies, etc).

I've uninstall/reinstalled the module already -- still same problem.

Any ideas?

install 3.0 with XOOPS 2.0.10, but this block is hard linked to iso8859-1 charset, so u will not get anything if u try to use it with unicode, no matter 3.0 or 3.1 version of shoutbox u're trying

I'm sure it does as it's in the modules repository.

Please anyone know why I have a blank shoutbox block?
