How do I uninstall Xoops?

...not that I find XOOPS no good, but rather that I want to move the installation somewhere else.

I could not find any reference to this on the FAQ or after searching xoops.org

Do I simply delete all folders created by XOOPS installation?

Thanks for any pointers.

XOOPS is made up out of the files and the database tables. If you want to move your site, you can find info about that in our FAQ.

Getting rid of XOOPS in the old location means you will have to remove the files and folders, as well as remove the database tables (using phpmyadmin or another db management tool your hosting provider provides).

Just move all files to the new location, move the database and update mainfile.php with the new details.
