Ok, heres my questions.

1. How do you determine what unregistered ppl can and cant acces. Like can i make it so they can acces the forums? How do i do that?

2. What module to i use to just get a blank page where i can type text.

3. I use HTML codes in the tet on pages?

4. If i download modules from the site here how do i upload them to my XOOPs

We have a wonderful thing called 'Frequently Asked Questions' here on XOOPS.org, you can find it under XOOPS FAQ in the main menu, on the left hand side of your screen here.

1. in the system admin -> groups you'll find a group called 'anonymous', which is the group of unregistered (or not logged in) visitors. Click to edit that group, and you'll find all the blocks and modules you can give them access to.

2. try WF-Channel. It's real easy, and you can create simple pages with it.

3. yes, you can. You can also import pre-existing HTML pages easily with wf-channel.

there is a local Malay suport site here where you should be able to find downloads, etc - and language packs!
