Resolved: Turn on custom avatar upload

I upgraded XOOPS to 2.2 and now i cant find this option anywhere. How do i allow users to upload their custom avatars? Was this feature completely removed or am i just skipping over it?
Edit: Nevermind i found it..

So... keep in mind that if you had a problem with it... then others might too... so if you're gonna post a question... at least reveal your solution if you come up with one!

The entire User Info Settings area is missing from my site... I've even tried using the direct path to the page (that usually doesn't change from version to version) but I'm coming up with a blank screen so apparently its been moved somewhere else...

Preferences / Extended profiles / User settings

If you can't see "extended profiles" in preferences, reinstall the "extended profiles" module in modules administration.

That was it... i just needed to reinstall it...
